Primrose Schools is one of the fastest-growing childcare companies in the country, but they discovered that one of the main factors limiting their growth was the amount of time it took to secure the right site for a new school. Brand awareness among the commercial real estate community was low, and Primrose wanted to be top of mind for this influential group.
I led efforts to establish Primrose’s B2B content marketing efforts, create its content strategy, and execute on this strategy using owned, paid and earned media channels. Our work included market research, keyword research and analysis, search engine optimization and content creation.
The goal of these efforts was to increase brand awareness among the commercial real estate industry while helping to drive qualified leads to the company’s sales team. Real estate-focused blog content consistently ranked near the top of pageviews for Primrose’s school development website, and social content distributed through LinkedIn resulted in a large uptick in leads at the company’s tradeshow booth .
